Intro design app
This course provides an overview of digital applications used in the practice of Graphic Design. We studied image manipulation, vector graphics, publication design, operation systems, file management, and computer navigation basics. We applied these tools to the redesign of an indepth museum branding project.
Research
My goal of this project is to create a logo for the museum and create a poster and brochure for the exhibition. The museum is stylish, new, and surrounded by nature. The challenge of this project is to create a logo that stands out in nature while remaining stylish.

Reseach about museum and artist
First I researched basic information about the museum and the artist. Then, I searched for some reference images to create a logo for the museum, and solidified the image of the logo.
Sketch for Logo
The museum had just been built and is new and stylish, so I came up with a simple design to blend in, and a collaborative logo with a goldfish design representing the artists I chose.
Final Logo
After my initial sketches, I moved to Illustrator to start vectorizing my designs. From here I was able to eliminate some ideas, and move forward with the bottom middle design. Overall, the letter line thickness was made thicker and more balanced.
Sketch for Deliverable
His most famous work is his goldfish work, so I wanted to create a design that included goldfish. I considered creating a graphic of a goldfish, but his work is so beautiful that I thought it would be more appealing to use a photograph of his work, so I decided to create a poster featuring his work.
